1. Information We Collect

Loxia AI collects information provided directly by you at the time of creating an account or requesting assistance. This includes name, email, billing data, and system configurations.

Voice Data and Telemetry: As the main function of our platform, we process real-time voice communications, recordings, transcriptions, and call metadata. This data is managed with absolute security to perform the required AI automations.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, to:

  • Process voice data and generate responses from the virtual agent.
  • Monitor latency, performance, and stability of our servers.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, security breaches, or abuse of the platform.

3. Data Sharing and Sub-processors

We never sell your data. We share data only with essential third-party providers (such as AWS, Twilio, and OpenAI) necessary for service delivery. All sub-processors are bound by strict data processing agreements (DPA).

4. Data Retention

Call logs and transcriptions are retained based on your workspace settings. By default, temporary logs are kept for 30 days for debugging purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access, rectification, portability, or permanent deletion of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten). You can exercise these rights through your reserved area or by contacting our DPO.
