1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Loxia AI's APIs, dashboards, or cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You are responsible and liable for the use of voice agents. It is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banning:
- Sending spam calls (robocalling), unsolicited calls, or attempts at fraud/phishing.
- Violating local telemarketing regulations (e.g., Do Not Call Registry in Italy) and failing to obtain explicit opt-in consent.
- Impersonating real human beings, government authorities, police, or banking institutions.
- Conducting cyber attacks or deliberately overloading our infrastructure.
3. Billing and Payments
Services are provided on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis. Failure to pay or delayed payment for the resources used (minutes, LLM tokens, virtual numbers) will result in the immediate suspension of your API keys and the cessation of voice agents.
4. Limitation of Liability
Loxia AI provides its services "as is". Under no circumstances shall the company or its affiliates be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or legal penalties arising from your misuse of our voice agents.
